The Kern Literacy Council's GED program is designed to support individuals in their journey to obtain a General Education Degree (GED) certification.
Our program provides all necessary study materials and offers a variety of tutoring options to suit your needs, including one-on-one, online, in-person, and self-paced sessions. We also offer wrap-around educational support with optional academic tutoring in reading, writing, math, English as a Second Language (ESL), and U.S. citizenship courses. In addition, we assist with referrals to GED testing sites and provide test fee waivers to remove financial barriers.
